1. Overview of Services

Fare ATC is an independent online flight booking platform operated by Plane to Paradise LLC, providing users access to flight booking services through a Global Distribution System (GDS) live feed managed by us. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline, airport, or government entity.

Confirmed bookings are fulfilled by licensed and authorized ticketing suppliers under agreements with Fare ATC. While we manage and display fare inventory, final ticket issuance is handled through third-party agents operating under ARC/IATA compliance.

2. Dynamic Fare Disclaimer

All fares displayed on www.fare-atc.com are dynamic and subject to real-time change. Prices, seat availability, and fare rules are based on airline inventory and market fluctuations. We do not guarantee any fare until a booking is finalized and payment is successfully processed.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking.

Fare ATC reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking if payment authorization fails.

In rare cases, a fare may become unavailable due to airline system updates during the booking process. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately to offer alternatives or issue a refund.

Booking confirmations are sent electronically upon successful payment and ticket issuance.

4. Fare Rules, Cancellations & Changes

Each ticket is governed by its respective fare rules, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Most basic economy or special fares are non-refundable and non-changeable unless otherwise stated.

Change/cancellation requests are subject to airline policies and applicable Fare ATC service fees.

Voluntary cancellations must be requested in writing or by phone before scheduled departure.

4.1. 24-Hour Cancellation (DOT Rule)

If your booking was made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure, Fare ATC complies with U.S. DOT regulations that allow passengers to cancel a ticket within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (subject to airline rules and ticket issuance status).

5. Third-Party Fulfillment

Tickets are issued by authorized U.S.-based travel suppliers with access to ARC/IATA systems. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

Your ticket will be fulfilled by a third party under formal agreement with us.

All post-ticketing support (including changes, rebooking, and cancellations) must be initiated through Fare ATC.

6. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to backend systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or payment credentials.
• Scrape, copy, or misuse content or fares listed on the site.

Fare ATC reserves the right to block access, cancel bookings, or report abuse if such violations occur.

8. Liability Disclaimer

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to logos, design, text, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of Plane to Paradise LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of content is strictly prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to bookings, refunds, or service use must be submitted in writing to legal@fare-atc.com. Disputes will be reviewed within a commercially reasonable timeframe. If unresolved, both parties agree to pursue non-binding mediation before pursuing further legal action.

11. Modifications to Terms

Fare ATC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via email or a public website notice. Continued use of the site implies agreement to the latest version of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
