Fare ATC – Ticketing Process

At Fare ATC, we follow a structured and secure ticketing process to ensure every booking is handled with precision and compliance. Below is the complete outline of how your flight reservation is processed:

  1. Booking Request Initiation
    A passenger initiates a flight booking request through our platform or via direct assistance from our travel experts.

  2. Automated Acknowledgment Email
    An automatic email is sent to the registered email address, outlining the requested itinerary, fare conditions, and applicable terms of use. This email confirms that the booking request is being processed but does not confirm ticket issuance.

  3. Real-Time Verification & Compliance Check
    Our ticketing team conducts real-time verification of the selected fare's availability through our Global Distribution System (GDS) or contracted supplier portals. Simultaneously, the team performs:

    • Credit Card Authentication
    • Passenger Information Validation
    • Risk Assessment (to prevent fraud or booking abuse)
  4. Fare Lock & Reservation Holding
    Upon successful verification, the fare is locked temporarily through our partner supplier interface. This fare lock is subject to real-time inventory availability and may expire if not ticketed within the system-defined timeframe.

  5. Payment Collection & Ticket Issuance
    Once all validations are successful, payment is collected. Only upon successful transaction authorization are tickets issued. Payment must be completed to guarantee issuance.

  6. E-Ticket Dispatch
    Our support team sends the official e-ticket(s) to the passenger’s registered email address. This will include airline PNR, baggage details, and refund/change rules based on the selected fare type.

  • Verification and ticketing may take up to 24 hours.
  • Fare is dynamic and not guaranteed until ticket issuance is confirmed.
  • If we are unable to secure the quoted fare, we may contact the passenger with alternative options.
  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Per U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines, all bookings made at least 7 days before departure are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • Fare ATC acts as an independent online travel platform. Tickets are issued via licensed travel suppliers and are subject to fare rules of the airline or consolidator.
